According to Google, Meta & TikTok Developer Policies

Clawa respects your privacy and gives you full control over your data. If you want to disconnect your social media accounts or request complete deletion of your data from our servers, please follow the official instructions below.

1 Removing Google / YouTube Access

To revoke Clawa's access to your YouTube channel and Google account, follow these steps provided by Google:

  1. Go to your Google Account Security settings by visiting the Google Security Settings page.
  2. Look for "Third-party apps with account access" or "Your connections to third-party apps and services".
  3. Select Clawa from the list of applications.
  4. Click "Remove Access" (or "Delete all connections you have with Clawa") and confirm.

2 Removing Meta Access (Instagram & Threads)

If you want to revoke Clawa's access to your Meta accounts and delete your related activities, you can do this directly through your Meta/Instagram security settings:

  1. Go to your Instagram account settings.
  2. Navigate to Website permissions, then select Apps and Websites.
  3. Find the "Clawa" app in your list of active applications.
  4. Click the Remove button next to the app and confirm the removal.

3 Removing TikTok Access

To revoke Clawa's access to your TikTok account:

  1. Open the TikTok app and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top right and select Settings and privacy.
  3. Tap Security and login, then select Manage app permissions.
  4. Select Clawa and tap Remove access.

4 Full Account & Data Deletion

If you wish to completely delete your Clawa account, including your generated videos, templates, billing history, and permanently wipe stored OAuth tokens from our databases:

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Body: "Please delete my Clawa account and all associated data."

Our support team and automated server cleanup scripts (which manage our /root/n8n-videos directories) will process your request and permanently wipe your data, including MP4 and JPEG files, from our systems within 48 hours.
