You are solely responsible for the content published through your Clawa account. Clawa is a tool — we do not review or endorse the content you publish.
Clawa integrates with third-party social media platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Threads) via their official APIs. By connecting your social media accounts to Clawa, you authorize Clawa to act on your behalf to publish content to those platforms.
By using Clawa to connect to YouTube and authenticate via Google, you explicitly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You also acknowledge that your data will be handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
Third-party platforms may change their APIs or terms at any time. Clawa is not liable for any interruptions to the Service caused by such changes.
Clawa uses artificial intelligence tools (including Alibaba Cloud/Qwen, Gemini, ElevenLabs, and HeyGen) to assist in generating scripts, avatars, voiceovers, and captions.
Your content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through Clawa. By using the Service, you grant Clawa a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
Our platform: All intellectual property rights in the Clawa platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, are owned by Clawa. You may not copy or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clawa disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clawa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or third-party platform actions (such as account suspensions or content removal).
By you: You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account through the platform settings, or by contacting us.
By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you materially breach these Terms or if requested by a third-party platform provider.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the new terms take effect.
